Allow about 20 minutes to complete all of Step 1

Welcome to Joyful Exercise, Course 6 of Timeless You! Exercise is one of the surest ways to help you look and feel younger and healthier. Here, you'll learn the real health benefits of fitness, and find out how to stay motivated and fit exercise into every day.
