The Simplest Way to Reverse Aging

Let's begin with water.

Drinking water may be the simplest and least expensive way to reverse aging.

Most of us don’t drink nearly enough. What's more, sensitivity to thirst diminishes with age, causing us to drink even less. This can result in dehydration, headaches, constipation, dry skin, fatigue, and indigestion. Some physicians even suggest that high blood pressure, asthma, and chronic pain are rooted in dehydration.​

There is some debate about how much water each of us should drink daily. Recommendations used to be for 8 cups per day, but that isn't always the case. Here is an easy way to calculate the appropriate amount that is right for you.

So, if you weigh 160 pounds (72.5kg), you should drink about 80 ounces (2.4L) of water daily. That's equal to:

  • 2.67 (30-ounce) Big Gulps of water
  • 10 (8-ounce) glasses of water
  • 4 (20-ounce) sport water bottles of water
